Data Use Limitations
The Company will not use your personal data for any purpose other than those notified to you in this Privacy Notice. The Company will strictly comply with this Privacy Notice regarding data in the Company's possession related to future, current, and past customers and investors.
International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred abroad and stored/processed in foreign countries. Such countries may not have personal data protection measures equivalent to Thailand. In cases where the Company will perform such actions, the Company warrants that such country has appropriate personal data protection measures and that the sending or transfer of such data is lawful. The Company may need to send or transfer personal data to comply with contracts made between you and the Company, to comply with legal requirements protecting public interests, and/or for the Company's legitimate interests. 4. Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will collect and retain your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of collecting such data, namely for business reasons and/or to comply with relevant laws. The Company will retain your personal data for 10 years after you are no longer a customer of the Company, for the benefit of the Company in pursuing any contractual disputes that may arise during such period. Except in cases where there are legal or technical reasons supporting it, the Company may retain your personal data for longer than 10 years. If the Company no longer needs to retain your data, the Company will destroy, delete, or anonymize the personal data so that the owner of the personal data cannot be identified.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the Company to process your personal data at any time. However, the Company may continue to process your personal data if the Company has other legal bases for processing your personal data.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data from the Company.
Right to Rectification of Personal Data
You have the right to request correction of your personal data to be accurate, current, and complete.
Right to Erasure of Personal Data
You have the right to request that the Company delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data when there is no reasonable justification for the Company to continue processing your personal data. You can exercise this right to request deletion of personal data in conjunction with the right to object mentioned below.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that the Company processes under the Company's legitimate interests. Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the Company processes your personal data for marketing purposes and related to profiling.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request that the Company temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data, such as when you want the Company to correct your personal data to be accurate, or when you request the Company to prove the reason or legal basis for processing your personal data.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to request that the Company transfer your personal data to another party.
Right to File Complaints
You have the right to file complaints with relevant government agencies, including the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Complaint Management
You can contact the Company to complain about how the Company processes your personal data, and the Company will consider your request as quickly as possible. This complaint to the Company does not affect your right to complain to government officials or the Personal Data Protection Committee.
7. Exceptions and Service Limitations
Website Links and Other Services
In cases where the Company's website or application has links to external websites or websites of other parties, you acknowledge that the Company has no authority to control, determine, or monitor the operations, services, privacy policies and data protection, use or processing of your data on such websites, and the Company will not be responsible for any damage to your data on such websites.
8. Security of Your Personal Data
Data is considered property of the Company. Therefore, the Company places great importance on the security of your personal data. The Company will monitor and use modern organizational, physical, and technical security measures when processing your personal data. The Company has established policies and internal control measures to ensure that your personal data will not be lost, accidentally destroyed, misused, disclosed, or accessed by unauthorized persons who are not Company employees performing their duties. You have the obligation to verify that the personal data you provide to the Company, whether by yourself or on your behalf, is accurate and current, and you have the obligation to notify the Company as soon as possible if such data changes. When you enter into a contract with the Company, you will have contractual obligations to provide personal data to the Company so that you can exercise your legal rights. Failure to comply with such obligations may result in you losing your legal rights.
You need to provide personal data such as contact information and payment information to the Company so that the Company can enter into contracts with you. If you do not provide such personal data, the Company may not be able to exercise rights and fulfill obligations arising from contracts effectively.

When you apply to become a member of Unii Online Club of Unii Online Company Limited ("Company" or "we"), applicants agree and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of Unii Online Club membership ("Membership Terms"). Applicants have the responsibility to understand thoroughly before applying for membership or providing any other information to the Company, including regularly checking these service terms. Application Terms
- Applicants agree to apply for Unii Online Club membership and agree for the Company to issue a membership number for use in communication and connection between applicants and the Company until membership is cancelled or terminated.
- Applicants must be natural persons.
- The Company reserves the right only for those who fill in information correctly and completely according to specified conditions.
Data Ownership
Your access and use of Unii Online Club is deemed to constitute your agreement to be bound by any laws and/or regulations of Thailand, including all terms and service policies of Unii Online Company Limited (called "Company"). You agree and acknowledge that the Company owns and has exclusive rights to all data and content appearing on all Company channels, regardless of data format.

These membership application terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
